Walt has sold properties in Lakewood Ranch since its inception, working as a sales associate with Homes by Towne, Pruett Builders and Lee Wetherington Homes with sales volume in excess of $100 million during his time with these various builders. He successfully sold and marketed properties ranging from the low $100’s to over $1 million and it has given him a great base with which to work from in the general real estate market as well as his specialty in bank-owned properties. Coming from a Navy family, Walt was born in Carmel, California, and has lived coast to coast. He went to high school in Jacksonville, Florida, and graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville. After 10 years in the medical field in Gainesville, he moved to Bradenton with his wife, earning his real estate license in order to become an informed buyer. He loved it so much he decided to make real estate his career. Walt holds the Certified New Homes Specialist (CNHS) and Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designations as well as being a member of the National Foreclosure Sales Training Institute. An avid golfer, he lives with his wife and family in Greyhawk Landing in Bradenton, Florida.
