www.findbradenton-sarasotahomes.com Hi, I'm Ralph Curry. Originally, I'm from New Jersey and I lived at the NJ shore before moving to Florida 10 years ago. I frequently vacationed in Florida while living up North and was familiar with FLorida but when I was ready to escape the harsh winters. I selected Bradenton-Sarasota area for the ideal climate, beaches and great fishing on the Florida West coast. Prior to my move to Florida, I was a Real Estate Broker in NJ for 15 years. While working real estate full time, I was also involved with several other businesses to include a bowling alley, a bar & grill for 12 years. I owned and operated a successful Hotel Reservation business in Atlantic City, N.J. The reservation business did have areal estate license included for a portion of the operation. I have owned many rental properties over the years and have experience in remodeling, reparing and having construction knowledge as well as working with tenants. This is helpful when working with investors and other buyers. My specialty, at this time, is buyer's agent. However, I'm glad to handle listings as well and have lots of experience on that end, also, and have done much foreclosure work. My goal is to "keep on top" of my sales and listings with follow up and attention to details so that problems won't develope and that everthing closes smoothly. The ideal is for my buyers and sellers to have a positive real estate experience.
