Michael Has "Real Vision for Real Estate". He operates off of the principle that understanding comes from listening and gathering, the facts, desires and aspirations before he acts. He builds relationships by putting his counterpart's or consumer wishes ahead of his own and nurtures that relationship by not treating it as transactional.
Michael comes to the sale side of real estate after a long career in the New York City area and the Northeast where he was a senior executive in the real estate development, investment banking, commercial banking, consulting and consumer marketing industries. Michael has also spent a number of years as an entrepreneur and understands business building. He has a specific affinity for developing relationships, is collegial and creative in his approach to problem solving. He is adept at negotiating complex transactions and delineating the interest of the parties to create optimal solutions.
Michael has completed the requirements for the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and has a MBA from Stanford University and a BS from Morehouse College.
