My family and I live in Greenbrook Village in Lakewood Ranch. I’m married and a mother of two beautiful daughters who attend McNeal Elementary. I’m originally from the Toms River, New Jersey area, and I moved to the Orlando, Florida area back in 1997. After 13 years in the Orlando area, we moved to Lakewood Ranch.

 

I’ve been a licensed real estate agent for 12 years. I started with Coldwell Banker in Orlando, spent some time with a Re/Max agency and started with Atchley International Realty upon moving to the Lakewood Ranch area. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert, meaning I’ve completed several training courses and have earned my CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource Specialist) designations, and I have several years of experience in helping people buy and sell distressed and foreclosed properties.
