Jack started selling real restate in 2000 when he earned his real estate license. However, his successful career in sales began in boat sales where he owned and operated a marina in Vero Beach, Florida better known as Captain Jack’s Marina. Jack earned awards by being in the top ten dealers worldwide in Cobia Boat sales for eleven consecutive years. Along with Jack’s sales/marketing experience, he was an Accountant/Controller for The Magnavox Company, Piper Aircraft Corporation and Cobia Boat Company, and served as an Auditor for the State of Tennessee. Pairing his corporate management, sales, marketing and financial experience, Jack offers his clients invaluable insight into buying and selling. Since forming and owning Atchley International Realty, Inc., Jack has become an even more familiar face in business and political circles in both Sarasota and Manatee Counties. He holds a real estate broker license in Florida and Tennessee and a Mortgage Broker license in Florida. He is a member of the Sarasota Broad of Realtors®, Manatee Broad of Realtors®, Florida Association of Realtors®, Tennessee Association of Realtors®, Knoxville Area Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors® and the Mid-Florida Regional MLS. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Jack graduated from the University of Tennessee, majoring in Accounting with minors in Finance and Marketing.
